Welcome to the cv33 platform. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out below. This agreement applies between you and the cv33 platform. Please read each clause carefully. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the service.

Definitions & Introduction

In this document, "cv33", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the cv33 online betting and casino service. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using the service.

"Service" refers to the cv33 website, mobile platform, sports betting, casino games, slot machines, live dealer games, and all related features.

"Money" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

Eligibility & Account

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If the same person is found using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

cv33 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. cv33 reserves the right to suspend an account if documents are not submitted.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (including your password) completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the cv33 support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for making deposits on cv33:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Digital Financial Service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is pending or a security review is needed.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal may not be possible if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.
• cv33 may request additional verification for unusual transactions.
• Withdrawals will be suspended if evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Any tax obligations are entirely the user's own responsibility. cv33 takes no responsibility for providing assistance or advice on tax payments.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

cv33 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Rules for receiving this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required.
• The bonus is available only once and only on the first deposit.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• cv33 may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to activate other bonuses.
• If an account is closed before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply — please check the specific terms of each offer.

4.4 VIP Program

cv33 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Based on regular play, you can be promoted to a higher tier. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The detailed terms of VIP benefits are set by cv33 and the right to change them at any time is reserved.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Compliance with all rules when placing bets on cv33 is mandatory. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. cv33 is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues or disconnections.

5.2 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Various markets are available such as match result, number of runs/goals, first wicket fall, and more. cv33 reserves the right to change odds on any event.

If an event is cancelled or unresolved, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded. However, bets that have already been settled will not be changed.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

The results of casino games and slot machines are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each spin or hand is completely independent and does not depend on previous results. General information about a game's RTP (Return to Player) is available from the game provider.

5.4 Live Casino

Live dealer games allow you to play with a professional dealer in real time. In the event of a network disconnection during a live game, cv33 will make a decision based on the last server record.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv33 platform:

6.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the game.

6.2 Illegal Activities

• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Fundraising for terrorist activities or illegal organizations.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using a false identity or someone else's identity.

6.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempting unauthorized access to the system or hacking.
• Spreading malicious software or viruses.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Unauthorized use of cv33's intellectual property.

Privacy & Data Protection

cv33 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data and transactions secure.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

During registration and while using the service, your name, contact information, identity document details, and financial information may be collected. This information is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

7.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

Your personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared where required by legal obligation, regulatory authority directive, or as necessary to ensure fair play.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Acknowledgement of Risk

Online betting and gaming are financially risky activities. You are using this platform entirely consciously and at your own risk. There is no guarantee of recovering lost funds.

8.2 Technical Disruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to internet outages, server maintenance, software updates, or other technical reasons. cv33 will not be liable for losses arising from such causes.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The software and content of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others are the responsibility of the respective providers. cv33 is not liable for the actions or failures of these providers.

8.4 Maximum Liability

In any case, cv33's liability is limited to the maximum amount you deposited on the platform in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident. cv33 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Closure at User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting cv33 support. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by cv33

cv33 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false identity or documents.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Responsible gaming concerns — particularly if the user wishes to self-exclude.

9.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. In other cases, a minimum withdrawable balance of ৳1,000 will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Self-Control Tools
